                               Big Show suffered acromegaly, a disease of the endocrine system when he was young. At the age of 12, Paul's height gone upto was 6 ft 2 in (1.88 m), weighed 220 lb (100 kg), and had Hair on his chest. When he was 19 years old, Paul was listed at 7 ft 1 in (2.16 m) at his  Wichita State University basketball team.
                                Paul Donald Wight was operated successful surgery on his pituitary gland in the early 1990s  which had a positive affect of his condition.  Paul Donald  shoe size is 8. 5 E and his ring size is 22, and his chest is 64 inches (160 cm) in circumference.
                               Paul Donald Wight first married to a women name Melissa Ann Piavis, on February 14, 1997. They separated in 2000 and their divorce was finalized on February 6, 2002. They have a daughter named Cierra. On February 11, 2002, he married again, his second wife name is Bess Katramados, Now they have two children and Paul is living a hppylife.
